Landing Station is now called Fentress. The first EP is Available on Bandcamp as well.
This album has brought to light a more well rounded view of the creative force behind Landing Station's original lineup with the addition to Sean switching from bass to synth. There is also the renegade Jackpot track which was a good addition of trippy madness from the second lineup just to give a good home to on an actual album. During the recording of this album there was alot of experimentation with shows, the actual recording process, and the group really opened up to a writing process of just letting things flow and letting the compositions breathe on their own.. This is not a concept album like previous work and more of a getting to know the band and being right there and capturing the energy what was and is this album and the 4 and a half months of the band changing and moving towards a newer sound and a freer spirit. There are African inspired songs, 70's acid rock, soothing meditational sounds, and space rock and new age rock songs and sounds on this album all with the freedom of just letting it flow and being happy to be playing music in a great music focused time in a music focused city.
